Taylor Freeman Kataria were brought on board in January on a multi-agency basis with the task of sourcing a tenant in respect of premises at 46 Church Street, Enfield. The property was formally occupied by ‘The Spurs Shop’ and after they hung their boots up at the end of January the property had been vacant for just 2 weeks before TFK scored another tenant to take the premises. Terms were agreed mid-Feb with an undisclosed party for a new lease of 10 years outside the act with a one month rent free period.
