Acting on behalf of the landlord in relation to shop premises at 46 Cranbrook Road, Ilford, Taylor Freeman Kataria have secured a lump sum premium from tenants Lidl in consideration of a surrender of their existing lease. Despite Lidl’s efforts to assign their lease following their relocation to High Road Ilford, it was agreed that severing all ties with the property was a more viable and risk-free solution than to be kept on the hook by way of an Authorised Guarantee Agreement in the event of a successful lease assignment.
