Taylor Freeman Kataria were tasked to identify a suitable tenant for vacant premises at Unit 4, Balmoral Trading Estate, River Road, Barking. The property comprised a light industrial warehouse of brick and block construction with electric roller shutter doors, high pressure sodium lighting, allocated forecourt car parking and associated loading area. Terms were inevitably agreed for fresh lease at circa £10.00 p. sq. ft within two weeks of TFK being instructed with an established textiles operator Boski Limited who are relocating from their existing location.
