The property, which benefited from A2 consent, return frontage and allocated parking measured approximately 574 sq. ft and terms were agreed for a new full repairing and insuring lease on a subject to planning basis to a new Tutoring Agency. The incoming tenant took occupation by virtue of a license agreement until such time as the lease was drafted and planning consent granted. Taylor Freeman Kataria also acted for the tenant with regard to the change of use application from A2 – D1.
